Ace Hotel pioneered the concept of the “third space” long before the phrase became popular, transforming lobbies into cultural crossroads where travelers felt instantly a part of the local scene. That magnetic sense of belonging drew creative leaders around the world to its properties and rewired expectations of what hospitality could be. When the brand set its sights on the next chapter, Ace’s executive team invited LOTKA&Co to the table. Side by side, we devised their north-star leadership vision into a talent roadmap.

A swift global search identified a VP of Global Marketing capable of scaling experiences without compromising the indie edge that made Ace iconic. The renewed leadership bench has already reignited the most relevant moments while setting its sights on the best that is yet to come. Most importantly, Ace continues to feel unmistakably ACE: a living gallery where community, creativity, and commerce meet, proof that when vision and talent move in lockstep, hospitality becomes its art form.
